What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on /contact, we receive the name, email, company, subject, and message you send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
• Authentication cookies. If you log in to the employee portal, we set a session cookie so the portal can recognise you on subsequent requests. The cookie is first-party, expires when your session ends, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Server logs. Standard web server access logs may record your IP address, request URL, and user-agent for security and reliability purposes. Logs are retained for a short period and not used to profile visitors.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

Lawful basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (you submit it voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Portal authentication is processed under the contract we have with each authorised user.
